WHY DO PEOPLE have sex?
Answers vary when posed to people. Some may say to procreate, feel intimate pleasure or get rid of frustration and tension.
Also, the most pertinent query is what should be done when a healthy individual is unable to get aroused or lacks sex drive.
Personally, I always based my answer to this question directly on silent doctors. Silent doctors have proven effective due to the “ground” knowledge of people in the community.
However, the alarm is raised if you feel like having too much sex, because people often say something is wrong with you. I believe that we are all created differently, therefore each case must be dealt with separately.
Whenever I research The Health Benefits Of Sex, the findings reveal that (1) Sex lowers your blood pressure and stress level. (2) Thirty minutes of sex can burn 80 calories. (3) It can boost the immune system. (4) It can help people build strong bonds and trust in each other. (5) It builds self-esteem. (6) It can reduce the feeling of pain, including headache. (7) Ejaculating more may reduce the risk of developing prostate problems. (8) There is a greater chance of sleeping better, and (9) it improves heart health.
Clearly, sex can do healthy people more good than harm if we avoid misusing it. As for those who often ask about silent doctors that can boost the sex drive, here are a few:
Website renegadehealth.com/blog/2012/04/02/top-4-herbs-for-boosting-libido revealed that “Mucuna pruriens, also known as “velvet bean” or “cowhage (cow-itch)”, is an herb containing l-dopa, which helps create the neurotransmitter dopamine in the brain, boosting mood and sexuality.
It is considered one of the best sex stimulants in the world and helps increase male stamina, sperm count, and boost sex drive.
Fringrigo, lettuce, watermelon, poor-man-pork, nettle, passion fruit, fennel seeds, black sage, clove, garlic, ginger, nutmeg, cayenne, pepper and basil are other natural stimulants.
Conversely, a high sex drive may require exercise, mint, sour sop leaves and borage.
Research also shows that monks use the scent from camphor essential oil to keep them from desiring sex when they are trying to be chaste. Some studies also revealed that marjoram essential oil decreases libido.
Noteworthy is that in his book Herbal Remedies For Dummies, well known herbalist Christopher Hobbs revealed that someone with an “abnormal interest in sex” or “a person who thinks about sex all the time and has ongoing fantasies is usually suffering from a severe hormone deficiency”.
Finally, we must make a concerted effort to educate ourselves more about “genuine” sex.
