Police have charged Derek McClean, 36, of Upper Rose Hill, St Peter for the offence of serious bodily harm.
According to the police report this morning, the man committed this offence to his brother Vaughan McClean 40, of the same address, yesterday.
He is expected to appear at the Holetown/District E Magistrate Court today. (CM/PR)
