SOME OF the best musicians in Barbados used their skills to provide ecstasy to hundreds of music lovers who packed The Ranch on Spring Garden last Friday night.
Billed as a clash between the reunited Spice & Company and Splashband, it was a journey down memory lane.
Spice, with Alan Sheppard upfront, stood tall for several original tunes in its repertoire. Splashband scored major points for its high-calibre musicians and the reggae covers, which brought back memories of the Warehouse.
The sweet soca tunes from Biggie Irie also added to the flavour. (YB)
