THERE MAY?HAVE been only one Barbadian band at this year’s Notting Hill Carnival but you wouldn’t know that from the impression it made with all who saw it.
The Bajan Revellers’ costumes caught  the attention of the hundreds who followed the float along the route.
Designer Rohan Husbands was overjoyed  with the reception his presentation received.
Founder-member and former chairperson  Sara Sewell, who travelled from her base  in Panama to attend the annual two-day event that is Europe’s largest street carnival,  was full of praise for the Bajan Revellers.  She called for more Barbadians living  in Britain to join the fun.
