AS INVESTIGATIONS continue into the apparent suicide of Darwin Downes, who reportedly died of a gunshot injury to the head on September 1, at the Regional Police Training Centre, a tribute was paid to him at the 137th Passing Out Parade yesterday.
The graduating recruits did a precision drill display entitled D. A. R. W. I. N . Among those witnessing the drill was his mother Anastasia McDowall, who accepted his Best at Physical Training award.
