HONEKIA HUSBANDS is on a high.
The ten-year-old Westbury Primary School student was recently awarded a prize for her entry in the 17th Kanagawa Biennial World Children’s Art Exhibition in Japan.
She was one of the 24 008 students to submit entries from 91 countries. Nineteen students from Westbury submitted entries but Husbands was the only one  to be granted a certificate  of distinction.
