Recycling, especially of metals, is becoming big business in Barbados.
Here at Scrap Man in Vaucluse, St Thomas, business appears to be booming.
However, the site, along one of Barbados’ tourist routes, presents a less than pleasant view.
When the SATURDAY SUN team passed by, some men were loading metals on to a truck. They said it was part of a subcontracted job, but did not wish to be identified.
