Two matches in the international women’s triangular cricket tournament being played at Kensington Oval, have quickly taken shape.
The West Indies’ women were first off the mark with an impressive victory on Monday over New Zealand, and England followed suit Wednesday night, easily taking care of New Zealand as well. Even to the sport’s most casual observer, it’s clear the Windies and the Brits are the two best teams on show.
That leaves tonight’s match between the West Indies and England at Kensington Oval as the marquee match-up of the T20 tournament.
