THE INTERNATIONAL business sector can rest assured that Government will assist them in any endeavour they undertake to enhance the country’s development.
This assurance came from Donville Inniss, Minister of Industry, International Business, Commerce and Small Business Development, during a reception at Royal Westmoreland, St James last night as part of the week’s activities of the Barbados International Business Association (BIBA).
“My ministry in particular stands ready to assist you in whatever ambitions and endeavours you wish to pursue that are within the bounds of the law by providing the necessary policy framework and enabling environment,” Inniss said.
He said the onus was on the businesses to create novel and ingenious approaches to realize growth.
BIBA is a private sector organization comprising companies engaged in international business in Barbados and companies which are otherwise strategically associated with this sector. (JS)
