RESIDENTS?of Skeete’s Bay and its surrounding areas in St Philip were treated to an afternoon of fitness, fun and soca when Xtreme Body Mechanix staged a health fair recently.
The fitness enthusiasts were exposed to the popular routines in zumba and areobics during the almost two-hour session.
Participants also had an opportunity to win a number of prizes. (JS)
