The quest for the perfect Christmas tree is on.
The trees have been on sale since November and Barbadians are out bargain hunting for just the right size, shape and cost.
Two retailers, Super Centre Warrens and The People’s Market, are reporting good sales so far although the latter has imported less of the heavily scented trees to ensure they were not left with decaying foliage to get rid of while the former is seeking to sell out for another year.
Whatever the story, it is beginning to look a lot like the season to be jolly.
