Dear Readers:
It is that time again when I take the opportunity to wish you and yours season’s greetings and a blessed and prosperous New Year.
The time is also fitting, as we come to the close of another year, to thank each and every one of you who partnered with me throughout 2013, and brought hope, help and smiles to the faces and hearts of many through your giving, moral and financial support.
It is virtually impossible to meet the many requests of those who write seeking some form of assistance, without first receiving assistance from individuals, charitable organizations and corporate Barbados. I am so grateful for your support.
What touches me above all else is that those of you who reach out to help do so willingly and without seeking any public acknowledgement. Your rewards will be great in this life and the life to come.
To those who were the beneficiaries, it was a pleasure serving you. Still, there were those who did not receive any assistance due to our inability to do so. I hope this will change in the coming year.
May God grant you and your respective families peace, good health and prosperity in 2014.
