NINE-YEAR-OLD KAJAY?SEALY is the darling of the road tennis world.
The diminutive and energetic product of Jones Private School might not have made it to the final of the National Sports Council’s Inter-Parish Road Tennis Championships, but he definitely won the hearts of the fans who turned up to see him play at the Barbados?Defence Force headquarters last weekend.
And although St Michael’s Justin Hinds defeated him in straight sets 21-15, 21-14, every shot Sealy played was met with applause and support from the appreciative crowd.
From the looks of it, the future of road tennis seems to be in good hands. (Picture by Kenmore Bynoe.)
