POLICE HAVE ARRESTED and charged police constables Curtis Hill, 26, and Jason Allman, 33, for serious bodily harm and four counts of endangering life.
According to police public relations officer Inspector David Welch, this investigation arose out of an incident where Otis White was shot and injured whilst at Deighton Road, St. Michael on December 28, 2013.
Colin Moore, Jermaine Coward, Philip Sealy and Tory Moore also reported that their lives were endangered from the same incident.  Information suggests that they were all in a group.
Hill and Allman are expected to appear at the District ‘A’ Magistrate’s Court tomorrow.
