While many Barbadians celebrated Errol Barrow Day with fairs, picnics and other activities, the Grant family headed to church to praise their Lord.
Shaniya, Shonique and their grandmother Marliyn Grant, who are members of the Hope Spiritual Baptist Church in Christ Church, were heading to a special service being held in River Road, St Michael, to enjoy a fellowship with their brethren.
Shonique clamly said: “I would rather be in the house of the Lord to learn more of His Word.” (RL)
