Barbados has a new cruise and tour company.
JS Cruise and Tours, which is headed by Judeen Scantlebury, was launched recently, and Scantlebury, who is chairman, said the intention was to “to provide an enjoyable virtual travel experience that will entice more people to travel abroad and thereby increase overall market demand”.
“At the start of 2014, we are raising the bar in travel, by establishing a target because we believe there is a need for change and that time is finally right,” she said.
While noting that cruises and tours would be the business’ main focus, the chairman said other services focused on making the lives of travellers easier would also be available.
“JS Cruises will provide three types of cruises; the entertainment, holistic and leisure cruises.
“I am [also] pleased to announce our collaboration with the Emirates Vacations selling their packages to the Middle East, Europe, Indian Ocean, Asia and Africa. Altogether we are in a position to provide the most desired vacations for our customers and a service like none other,” she said.(SC)
