TWENTY-ONE-YEAR-OLD Gina Samantha Phillips was remanded when she appeared in court this morning.
Phillips, of Diamond Corner, St Peter, was charged with assisting an offender in the Charley Dume murder. She was remanded to HMP Dodds until May 30, when she is scheduled to appear in District F Magistrates’ Court.
She was arrested after police executed a search warrant at a house in Bathsheba, St Joseph, where they also found wanted man Ryan Samuel.
Samuel is one of five men charged with the murder of Dume and has been remanded to HMP Dodds.
Earlier, Terrell Tarior Mayers of Clevers Hill, St Joseph, was also charged with assisting an offender in the same case.
Phillips is the third person to be charged with this offence.
Last week, 28-year-old Leilani Johnson of Cane Garden, St Thomas, was charged with assisting wanted man Andre Cave, who in turn has been charged with the murder of Josiah Clairmont. (PR/SAT)
