POLICE ARE INVESTIGATING the death of Trinidadian Lyris Augustine Pantaleon who died suddenly onboard a Caribbean Airlines flight last Saturday.
Pantaleon, 82, of First Street West Beaullieau Avenue, Trin City, Trinidad, was travelling from Trinidad and Tobago to Barbados when she died onboard flight BW 450.
Reports indicate she complained of chest pains and the flight attendants made an appeal for a medical professional. However, she was pronounced dead by the doctor who was on board.
Pantaleon was accompanied by her sister Laurna Buzzette and another family member. She was reportedly going to St Martin to visit her daughter for Mothers’ Day. (PR/SAT)
