Talks still locked

TALKS OVER the fate of workers at the National Conservation Commission (NCC) at the Ministry of Labour appear to still be locked.
The meeting started just before 11 a.m. and broke just before 1 p.m. for a break.
Shortly after representatives from all parties filed back in, deputy chief labour officer Victor Felix exited the room followed by NCC General Manager Keith Neblett, members of the board and acting Minister of Labour Maxine McClean.
They had a private collaboration and returned to the meeting at 1:34 p.m. (YB)
