POLICE ARE INVESTIGATING the circumstances surrounding the wounding of 35-year-old Nicole Hinds of Alexandria, St Lucy.
According to police public relations officer Inspector David Welch, initial investigations show that she was at home with her boyfriend around 11:30 p.m. last night when two men broke into the house.
She was stabbed multiple times, and her companion was also injured.Â
Responding police officers held one of the suspected assailants and he is currently under police guard and is being treated for an injury. (PR/NB)
