TEN?PASSENGERS out of a total of 13 on a Transport Board bus escaped serious injury when it struck a guard wall at Rowans Road, St George, yesterday morning.
The accident occurred just before six o’clock.
While all of the passengers complained of injuries, only three of them were assessed as serious and were transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulances.
The other victims were taken to the Glebe Polyclinic, St George, for further medical attention.
Personnel from the services responded to the accident.
Police identified the bus driver as Ramon Headley. (JS)
