THE 2014 CROP OVER festival continued with the Crop Over Read-In Sunday at the Queen’s Park Steel Shed with a cast taking patrons on a journey of poetry, song and dance.
The production entitled In The Spirit drew on poetic works from a wide range of authors which were interpreted by a number of aspiring local dramatists.
The cast included DJ Simmons, Graham Bannister, Inity Fyah and Levitance.
The event is part of the development strategy of the National Cultural Foundation aimed at exposing budding writers and the literary arts, in general, to the public. (JS)
