Ravens unbeaten in darts

RAVENS?Darts Academy maintained their unbeaten run when series 21 of the Barbados Darts Association’s League was played last Friday night.
This time, the Ravens handed LIME Flighters a 9-2 thrashing at Windsor Lodge with Anthony Forde leading the victory charge with a 3-0 triumph over Winston Cadogan of LIME in 19, 20 and 20 legs with scores of 140, 100 and 100. Donnie Inniss also won against Winston Reid in 31, 36 and 22 legs.
Saving grace for LIME?Flighters was Sylvan Jones, who defeated national rookie player Roosevelt Drakes 3-1, finishing him in legs of 24, 27 and 27.
The triple team of Reid, Leslay Prescod and Philip Edey also defeated Ravens’ trio of  Inniss, Lydia Gill and Victor Coleman 2-0 to claim their second win in the match.
Over at Passage Road, Vitamalt Graduates “A” had an impressive 9-2 victory over Digicel Signals “A”. Graduates made a clean sweep of the first two blocks before national player Roger Edwards made light work of Mark Cummins 3-0. He hit scores of 140, 100, 100 and 100 to finish Cummins in the last game on the bullesye in 19, 20 and 23 legs of darts.
The wins for Digicel “A” came from Anderson Bynoe who had a tough battle with Sheldon Jordan before winning 3-2.
The triples team of Cameron Vicary, Margarita Browne and Colbert Riley of Digicel “A” beat Maureen Shepherd, Debra King and Patrick Scott  of Graduates “A” 2-1.
