AN ALL-OUT effortis being undertakento determine the numberof homeless peopleacross Barbados.
Kemar Saffrey, the president of the Barbados Vagrants and Homeless Society, made the announcement yesterday as the organisation held its biannual feeding and outreach programme at Queen’s Park.
“We’re going into the communities to reach the homeless; we want to assist others,” he said.
The plan is to have key people in each community who will be able to identify any homeless so that the society can reach out to help them.
