A St Thomas man appeared before Chief Magistrate Pamela Beckles in the Oistins Magistrates’ Court on a second murder charge yesterday.

Shamar Antonio Lynch, 24, of Walkes Spring, is accused of murdering Romario Yarde, who was fatally shot on August 10.

Lynch will reappear at the District “A” Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.

He is also accused of two other charges of endangering life and affray last December 18.

Jerome Bovell, co-accused in those two matters, has already had those charges read to him.

The pair will appear at the Oistins Court in relation to the two matters on October 21.

Lynch, who was remanded to HMP Dodds, was on bail accused of the shooting death of Julian Gittens in Spry Street, The City, in February 2010.
