A policeman attached to the Traffic Division is expected to appear in court today on bribery charges.

The constable was arrested and charged yesterday during an undercover operation in Queen’s Park, The City.

He is alleged to have reported a soldier of the Barbados Defence Force for committing a traffic offence, but later made arrangements to drop the charge in exchange for a sum of money. (TS)
