Don’t panic, you did not miss the annual Remembrance Day Parade.

Yesterday was just the full dress rehearsal.

But for all those who observed it, it looked like the real thing as armed and unarmed units moved with precision under beautiful blue skies in downtown Bridgetown around 8 a.m.

Next Sunday the real deal, the annual Remembrance Day Parade and Inter-denominational Service at the Cenotaph, National Heroes Square, in The City will be held at 8 a.m.. Then, Barbadians will pay tribute to those who lost their lives during the two World Wars.

Here, members of the Barbados Defence Force and outriders of the Royal Barbados Police Force cut a neat impression as the Parliament Buildings tower over them.
