THE POLICE ARE seeking the public’s assistance in locating 13-year-old Rihanna Harte of Halton Terrace, St. Philip.
It was noticed that she was missing about 5 a.m. on Saturday November 8, 2014.
When she was last seen, Harte was wearing a peach, brown and white armhole shirt and peach short pants. She may be carrying a purple and grey North Face bag that may contain an aquamarine halter-top silk shirt and an aquamarine knee length jeans pants. She may be wearing a pair of brown Old Navy slippers.
The teenager is about 5’ 2” in height, of medium built, and has a dark complexion. Her hair is black and styled in one, with some covering her forehead. She has dark eyes, a broad nose, a round chin, has full cheeks and both ears have been pierced once. She is full breasted, and squints a lot.
