CHIEF OPERATIONS officer at Sagicor Life Inc. J. Edward Clarke said Bridgetown should get a city manager to look after its affairs.
He was speaking at the official opening of the Sagicor Life Lighting Ceremony in Heroes Square on November 1.
Clarke said while Barbados might not want to return to the days of a mayor, corporate citizens and residents of the City needed to come together to revitalise the island’s capital.
