Another Jamaican on drug charges

A JAMAICAN MAN is expected to appear in court today charged with the trafficking and importation of two pounds of cannabis.

Police say Shutclisse Valintine Davy arrived by air from Jamaica on December 1, 2014 and was interviewed by Drug Squad personnel after clearing Immigration. 

The 36-year-old was then referred to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, where he later passed 120 packets of cannabis which he has ingested. 

Davy, who also faces charges of possession and possession with intent to supply, will appear in the District “B”Magistrates’ Court. (PR/NB)
