After clinching the respective Intermediate and Goddard Enterprises Schools’ titles over the weekend, Nicholls Baking Combermere and St Leonard’s will be vying for another championship today, to bring the curtain down on the 2014 Barbados Cricket Association’s  (BCA) season.

They will meet at 11 a.m. in the final, of the Schools’ Under-19, 40 overs a-side competition at Desmond Haynes Oval.

St Leonard’s, the defending champions, will be contesting the final for the second time this year. They defeated Lodge in July at Kensington Oval.

It’s the first time in its history that the competition is being played at this time of the year and not at the start of the third term of the school year. (EDH)
