Four hurt in crash

ONE MAN WAS TAKEN to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) by ambulance yesterday following a two-vehicle collision on Maxwell Main Road, Christ Church.

The accident occurred around 5 a.m. and involved a van driven by Andrew Thorington, 28, of Glen Acres, St George, and a car driven by Michael Haynes, 28, of Rockley Resort, Christ Church.

maxwell-christ-church-accidentHaynes complained of severe pain about the body and was transported to the QEH. Three passengers in his vehicle also complained about pain but sought medical attention privately. (JS)
