‘T20’s riches spoilt appetite for Tests’

CAPE TOWN – Clive Lloyd has now said what every West Indian fan is thinking.

The legendary former West Indies captain has said that West Indies cricket has been “messed up” by the Twenty20 format, creating a situation where playing Tests for the country does not seem to be a paramount goal for players.

He was speaking at the annual New Year’s Lecture in Cape Town, the host city for the third Test between South Africa and West Indies.
