Are you where you’ve always wanted to be?
I don’t think anyone is really where they want to be. Life is a process and a journey and you have to make it your best and give it your best no matter where you are.

What is your biggest professional challenge?
To stay focused, committed and determined in achieving the company’s goals and my personal goals

What is your biggest life challenge?
To have people understand how important they are and what a significant role they can in helping each other.

When you look to the future what do you see?
I see a bright future ahead for my company, for our country with lots of possibilities with Barbados booming in manufacturing, in tourism, in agriculture, in the offshore sectors in the business sector. With the company we will definitely be achieving our set goals and targets.

What is your favourite pastime?
Playing and listening to music.

What is your favourite meal?
I love pudding and souse.

On Saturday nights where are you likely to be?
I am either out liming with friends having a good time and socialising or partying.

What upsets you the most?
When people are not true to their word

What is your guiding philosophy?
I can achieve all things through Christ who strengthens me

If you had the chance to manage Barbados for a day, what would you do?
I would work on implementing policies, programmes and systems along with operational procedures on moving Barbados from where it is to being better economically, being more competitive in all sectors and to move the society from where we are to where we really should be.
