Tragic turn

IN HIS JOB with BRC West Indies Limited, Trevor Craig (inset) took measurements on quite a few roofs across Barbados over the years.

But yesterday turned tragic for the man people called a “roofing specialist” who produced perfect records on heights, widths and lengths.

He died in a suspected electrocution case on the roof of a warehouse in Webster’s Industrial Park, Wildey, St Michael.

Here, a medical officer from the Barbados Defence Force (centre) has a close look at the body after being hoisted onto the roof with a watchful Barbados Fire Service officer. (TY)
