HUNDREDS OF VINCENTIANS have turned out at Fancy to bid farewell to the five students who lost their lives in an accident on January 12.

On that day, a minibus carrying 23 passengers ran off the road and plunged into the sea at Rock Gutter.

Racquel Ashton, Glenroy Michael, Anique Alexander and brothers Jamalie and Jamall Edwards lost their lives, while Chanstacia Stay and Simonique Ballantyne are still missing and presumed dead.

Several tributes were paid during the service which was broadcast live on local television and streamed live on the Internet. (Barbados Nation)
