Police appealing for info on bank robbery

POLICE ARE APPEALING to anyone with information about this morning’s robbery of Scotiabank, Black Rock to call emergency number 211 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIPS (8477).

They say the masked man, armed with a firearm entered the bank and stole an undisclosed sum of money.

No one was injured.  The culprit escaped and ran towards Deacons Road.  (PR/NB)
