CAPTAIN Kraigg Brathwaite struck a solid half-century to anchor Barbados Pride to a satisfying position at tea against Leeward Islands Hurricanes today.
Opener Brathwaite was unbeaten on 64 in a total of 107 for two at the interval after the home team were invited to bat first on a rain-interrupted day at Kensington Oval.
Shai Hope was his partner on six.
Barbados Pride, who reached 49 without loss at lunch, lost Kyle Corbin (26) and Kirk Edwards (5) in the pre-tea session.
