15-y-o, man arrested in Bridge Street shooting

A 15-YEAR-OLD BOY is one of two people arrested in connection with Friday’s shooting on Bridge Street, The City.

The St Michael youth, whose identity has not been revealed, has been charged with serious bodily harm, using a firearm without a licence and violent disorder.

Twenty-year-old Gary Ian Williams of Stuart Lodge, Carrington Village, St Michael was also charged with violent disorder.

Both are scheduled to appear in the District A Magistrates Court today.

Rashon Alexander was shot on Bridge Street and taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital for treatment. (PR/SAT)
