WHILE THE BARBADOS UNION OF TEACHERS has accused Parkinson Memorial’s Jeff Broomes of not dealing with children who bring weapons to school, the embattled principal revealed otherwise.

He has a drawer full of confiscated weapons to prove that he has dealt with the issue at Parkinson since he became head two years ago.

“I have never been involved in any reports about weapons and not dealt with it,” Broomes told the MIDWEEK NATION.
