A disgrace!
That was how sports administrator and attorney-at-law Gregory Nicholls characterised what he considered to be the deterioration of the new and improved Kensington Oval under the management of the Democratic Labour Party (DLP)Â administration.
In fact, that was how Nicholls, who ran on a Barbados Labour Party ticket in the St Michael North West constituency in the 2013 General Election, characterised the development of a sports industry under the DLP.
