BISHOP OF BARBADOS Dr John Holder is urging Barbadians to “keep it real” this Lenten season.

In his Ash Wednesday address at the Cathedral Church of St Michael and All Angels, Holder, who is also the Anglican Archbishop of the West Indies, said Lent was often the antithesis of some aspects of modern life.

“Today we cannot but marvel at the developments in technology and science, and we are led to ask the question, ‘What next’? It seems sometimes that the possibilities of the development in technology and science are endless .  . . .
