‘Boom Boom’ ready to explode

CHRISTCHURCH – Dynamic Pakistani all-rounder Shahid “Boom Boom” Afridi says he just can’t wait to explode at this year’s Limacol Caribbean Premier League T20 cricket tournament.

Afridi was bought by the new St Kitts franchise that will be captained by West Indies batsman Marlon Samuels.

“I am very happy to be going to the West Indiesto play cricket this time around. I missed out last time due to Ramadan and because of family commitments but I will be there this time and looking forward to being part of the fun,” he told SATURDAY SPORT/EXPRESS.
