The man who evoked much public debate over his stance on a strict dress code, was also closely monitored by his employer.
Minister of Education Ronald Jones made the disclosure during a near six-hour celebration to mark Farley’s 40-plus years in education at Hilton Barbados on Saturday night.
Jones told the gathering he kept his eye on Farley from the time he took up his ministerial post in 2008.
