Are you where you’ve always wanted to be?

Yes, doing work I love and enjoy is important to me, waking up grateful to meet each day on an island that I enjoy.

What is your biggest professional challenge?

Reaching the women and men who need what I have to offer, and educating people to live inspired and healthy radiant living.

What is your biggest life challenge?

Organising my life to fit in all the things I want to do and places I want to see, and having a special person to be with.

When you look to the future what do you see?

Women and men growing and evolving into better ways of living, aware of health, wellness, and joy.

Using my work to help people understand there are other ways of doing things that help them heal and create more ease and happiness for themselves and relationships.

What is your favourite pastime?

Visiting the sea and being at the beach with good friends and nice food, or listening to music and dancing.

What is your favourite meal?

Sweet potato and lentils with salad, or stir fried vegetables with coconut, ginger and brown rice noodles.

On Saturday nights where are you likely to be?

Watching a movie, or hanging out with friends.

What upsets you the most?

The abuse of children, domestic violence and poverty, and any ignorance of the above.

What is your guiding philosophy?

To accept who I am, cultivate a self-loving behaviour in ups and downs. Forgive myself often and others too. be thankful and grateful. Play, pray, and mediate.

If you had the change to manage Barbados for a day, what would you do?

Create integrative health care to incorporate alternative medicine and therapies with natural medicines into the western medical system, so people can have more choice to improve health and create more wellness.

I would also ban genetically modified food seeds and crops coming to the island, and cut duties on healthy food so healthy food is more affordable, and cut duties on children’s clothing.
