HIS ULTIMATE GOAL is to have a thriving pig farm supplying pork to supermarkets, housewives and all pork lovers.

Young Romario Greaves’ love for farming blossomed as he grew up seeing his grandfather raise pigs at their Work Hall, St Philip home.

The 19-year-old student of the Samuel Jackman Prescod Polytechnic has followed in those footsteps and now boasts a growing farming business of his own.

Romario Greaves’ pats one of the sows that previously gave him 12 piglets, all of which survived. She is with young again and Romario is anxiously waiting to see how many will be in this batch. (LK)
