CLASSES HAVE COME to an early end at the Deighton Griffith School due to a water outage in Kingsland, Christ Church and the surrounding areas.

Barbados Water Authority corporate communications specialist Joy-Ann Haigh said the reservoir which supplies the area was low.

The Ministry of Education recommended that the school be closed early since it will take some time for the reservoir to replenish.

BWA officials will continue to monitor the situation. (NB)
