Benn hints at major contract for local business

A BARBADIAN COMPANY has landed a huge contract in Canada and its products will hit that market in May.

This was announced by Barbados’ Consul General to Toronto, Haynesley Benn who said details will be provided sometime next month when the shipment landed.

Speaking at today’s CHUM FM Breakfast in Barbados event at Sandals Resort, Benn said they had been trying to get local products such as condiments, hot sauces and seasonings into the Canadian market. (MB)
