School reopens for students on April 21

PUBLIC SCHOOLS across the island are expected to re-open next week.

The Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation has advised that school will resume for teachers on Monday, April 20 and for students on Tuesday, April 21.

The third term will be marked by examinations including CSEC, CAPE and the Barbados Secondary Schools’ Entrance Examination, which takes place on Tuesday, May 5.

Also known as the Trinity Term, it will last for 11 weeks and end on Thursday, July 2 and Friday, July 3, for students and teachers respectively. (BGIS)
