THINGS ARE DEFINITELY looking up for Nigel Lloyd.
Literally.
Seems the men’s head coach is also upbeat about Barbados’ chances, having expressed enthusiasm over the height and athleticism of the new players coming to national trials for this year’s Caribbean Basketball Confederation’s championships.
“This year more than any other year I’m more looking up our guys, maybe because our short guys aren’t here yet but we do look more athletic with this group and that’s a good thing,” said the England-based Lloyd of the rookie trial players.
